Refund Polices

Parties are eligible for a 100% refund if canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled course, 25% refund within 30 days of the course, and no refunds will be issued 2 days prior to the scheduled class.

In the event of a cancellation of a group booking, the group may cancel 30 days prior to the course for a full refund. 50% refund for cancellations 2 weeks prior to scheduled courses. No refund within 2 weeks before the event. No refunds, price adjustments, or certificates are issued to individuals from the group members that do not attend the course.

In the event CE Kneads must cancel, parties can opt to receive a full refund or select another course/date.

Other Policies

A $20 fee will be charged for replacement certificates, with a processing time of 5 business days.

All participants are expected to maintain professionalism during the course. Any disruptive behavior deemed disrespectful may result in removal from the course without a refund.

For participants choosing to pay via check or cash, all payments must be settled before the course starts. Certificates will not be released for participants paying by check until payment is received (please allow up to 5 business days).

Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the course for check-in, setup, and settlements.

For all webinar courses, please make sure the camera is on and has a clear view of participant's face in order to receive credit.

Pictures and/recordings may take place before, during, and after course for promotional purposes. Please be aware that you may opt out.
