How it Works

Groups or group leaders will select one CE course.

Group leaders/ or one elected person is responsible for the payment of the course.

Groups are responsible for location / designation of the course.

Once your selected date is set, you'll receive an invoice with a 25% deposit due within 7 days of agreement to secure your date. NO deposit, NO secured date.

Failure to pay the deposit forfeits the agreed date.

Policy/ Cancellation/ Refunds

We encourage private events to book as soon as possible (preferably 2 months + prior to the ideal date).

In the event of a group booking cancellation, groups will lose the 25% deposit if cancelled 2 months prior to the event.

25% deposit + 25% remaining balance within 30 days of the event.

No refunds 2 weeks prior to the event.

Additionally, no refunds, price adjustments, or certificates are issued to individuals who do not attend the course.
